For the price of two curries you'd spend on a casual weeknight, my official cookbook is now here which contains a number of iconic dishes found in South Asian cuisine. I've been making content and sharing recipes on my socials for some time now and the aim of this cookbook is to get you to make the food I eat at home, the dishes you'll find in your local Indian restaurant and South Asian homes. This will take the pains of tedious cooking away and show you how I cook dishes without too much effort. I'll share the little tricks I use to reduce effort but still end up with dishes that taste authentic (such as using frozen garlic and ginger blocks and why you shouldn't use pastes). You'll also know what spices and brands I like to use and what to avoid because this is the one thing that confuses many. Once you learn how to cook some of these dishes, you'll be eating food like royalty. So to wrap up, these are the chapters to expect in this cookbook which has over 200 pages:

  • appetisers
  • bites
  • restaurant curries
  • signature dishes
  • chef specialties (which are more homestyle dishes)
  • side dishes
  • sundries
  • dips

The best thing about this cookbook is I have literally made it for myself more than anything so I can keep track of all the authentic dishes I've made and what to continue making for the rest of my life and pass on to my friends and family, and now you for generations. And this cookbook contains all the staples I eat regularly. I know you're gonna get so much value from this.

And to make this even easier to digest, I thought of the littlest things that help. If you take a look at the example onion bhaji recipe, you'll see I highlight in 'bold' anytime an ingredient needs to be added or used from the list. When following recipes, I skim through them. Highlighting keywords in bold really helps make it easier to follow in my opinion. So I hope this helps you too.

Also, a heartfelt word from me. I've been putting out free recipes for some time now and a lot of time and effort went into putting this together. I did this all by myself with no team, so I would genuinely appreciate it if you didn't send this document around and continue showing me support so I can continue doing this.

Love it.

What I like the most (after cooking the chicken saag) is how different / authentic the taste is, even in my inexperienced hands. The instructions are easy to follow and the photos are high quality. I'm very.pleased with my digital curryculum.

The Cookbook I Call The Curry Bible - A Culinary Masterpiece

I recently purchased this cookbook that I now affectionately call “The Curry Bible,” and it has quickly become my go-to guide for creating restaurant-quality dishes at home. This cookbook is an absolute treasure trove for anyone passionate about cooking, especially curries, offering a diverse range of recipes from South Asia that cater to all taste preferences.

The highlight of this book is undoubtedly its ability to teach you how to make the best curry I have ever tasted!!! Each recipe is meticulously detailed, ensuring that even a novice cook can follow along and achieve fantastic results. The flavors are rich, authentic, and truly elevate your home cooking to a professional level. My neighbours have knocked and told me how beautiful my cooking smells from outside, so I shared the love and dished them some up too!

Since incorporating these recipes into my cooking, I’ve received numerous compliments from friends and family. Everyone is always impressed by the depth of flavor and the vibrant presentation of the dishes I prepare using this cookbook.

This cookbook is not just a collection of recipes; it’s a comprehensive guide that explores the art of curry making. From selecting the right spices to perfecting cooking techniques, this book covers it all with easy steps to follow. The recipes hail from various regions across South Asia, offering a diverse and flavorful experience that celebrates the culinary heritage of the area. It’s an invaluable resource that has transformed my approach to cooking curries.

In addition to its amazing curries, the cook also teaches you recipes ranging from restaurant favorites to new dishes for you to explore. There’s a long list of appetizers, side dishes, and even down to the dips if you want to go ALL out. Whether you’re looking to replicate your favorite restaurant meal or try something completely new, this cookbook has you covered with a wealth of delicious options.

If you’re looking to impress your loved ones and experience the best curries imaginable, I highly recommend the cookbook I call “The Curry Bible.” It’s aptly named, as it truly is the ultimate guide to mastering the art of curry.
